We will collaboratively identify personalized goals for our work together by getting to understand your strengths, and in a gentle and caring way, also explore areas of need. This can include improving confidence or gaining clarity around EFCT concepts or interventions so you are able to better implement the skills you have learned. Supervision is an opportunity to make space for you as you navigate your client cases and feel more grounded in your practice.
